Development assessment

Approach: Same instruments as a selection assessment, but with a focus on growth. Where does the potential lie? What are the blind spots?

Executive assessment

Full day · from €3,500

Approach: Conducted by two senior consultants (15+ years of experience). In-depth simulations on strategic thinking, vision development and leadership styles in complex power dynamics.

Dual assessment

For: Dual managers in healthcare, or two people fulfilling a job-share or shared role.

Approach: Assessment for both participants together. Individual strengths are placed side by side in a strengths-weaknesses analysis, and the collaboration is explicitly examined through a dual role-play.

For: Boards and HR directors who want to map the quality of the leadership group.

Approach: Systematic review in 5 steps: competency profile, individual assessments, management input, 360° feedback and organisational report.

Conversation about the role, the context and the question behind the question. Together we set the competency profile.

Candidate completes digital tests in advance (COTAN-certified).

On site: simulations, interviews and observation by an experienced consultant.
