The Carrousel

Our flagship programme for personal effectiveness. Not a standard training, but an intensive group programme in which participants work on their individual learning themes. Guided by psychologists, in a group that challenges and confronts.

The programme at a glance

4 months

The programme runs for 4 months with 8 intensive training days. Enough time to recognise patterns, experiment with new behaviour and embed change.

Groups of ~10

Small enough for trust and depth, large enough for dynamics and diversity. Halfway through, the group composition changes so participants test their development in a new context.

Guided by psychologists

Each group is led by experienced consultants specialised in development. AVOP is NIP-registered and works to professional ethical standards. The guidance creates a safe space for confrontation and growth.

How The Carrousel works

Intake

One-on-one conversation with the guide to set learning themes. Optionally combined with a development assessment for extra depth.

Phase 1: Trust

4 training days in a fixed group. Intensive collaboration builds the trust that lets participants raise essential themes.

Switch

Halfway through, the group composition changes. New faces, new dynamics. Participants test their development and experiment with new behaviour.

Phase 2: Depth

4 training days in the new group. Deepening of learning themes, consolidation of new behaviour and concrete translation into work practice.
