Coaching

4–12 sessions · 3 to 6 months · tailored

For whom: Leaders, professionals and executives who want to work focused on their effectiveness, leadership or personal development.

Approach: Our coaches work eclectically: combining psychological expertise with business knowledge. Short trajectory: 4–6 sessions over 3 months. Deeper trajectory: 8–12 sessions over 6 months. Optional three-way conversation with the line manager at start and finish.

Variants:

  • Personal coaching: one-on-one on work-related themes, focused on self-awareness and effectiveness.
  • Executive coaching: confidential sparring partner at eye level for directors and C-level.
  • E-coaching: coaching via email in a secure environment. Time- and place-independent, with deep reflection through writing.

Career development

Drivers analysis · capacity research · concrete perspective

For whom: Employees who are stuck, considering a switch, or who want to better understand where their talents and ambitions lie.

Approach: Through drivers analysis, capacity research and personality tests we map talents and ambitions systematically. From kompasgesprek to outplacement, always with concrete future perspective as the outcome.

For whom: Professionals and leaders who want to grow personal effectiveness through intensive group training.

Approach: Our flagship programme: 4 months, 8 training days, groups of around 10 participants. Halfway through, the group composition changes. Scientifically validated by the University of Amsterdam.

Learning Center

1 day · assessment + coaching + development plan

For whom: Professionals who want a clear picture of their qualities and development points in a short time, including concrete first steps.

Approach: Assessment, coaching and training in one day, fully tailored to the individual. An experienced consultant guides the whole day. Morning: assessment with capacity tests and simulations. Afternoon: coaching and a concrete development plan. More result than months of separate interventions.

Kompasgesprek

1.5 hours · low-threshold first step

For whom: Employees with a career question, a vitality question, or in need of personal perspective. An accessible first step.

Approach: The participant completes a digital personality, drivers and career questionnaire in advance. The 1.5-hour conversation with a professional coach gives insight into the current situation and desired direction.
