AVOP was founded at a time when organisational psychology barely existed in the Netherlands. More than 55 years later we are still driven by the same question: what moves people, and how do we put that movement to work for organisations?

Where most firms choose between assessment or organisational consultancy, we deliberately do both. That combination is no coincidence. It is our conviction. Insight without action is incomplete. Action without insight is blind. By keeping assessment, coaching and organisational development in one hand, we make sure each reinforces the other.
