Margot Bloem

Margot Bloem is senior consultant in association with AVOP: a fully committed professional with a sense of humour, and vast experience of over 25 years, who pairs insights into the matter with results, from a positive approach. She is a cum laude graduate of the Amsterdam University in both Labour & Organisational Psychology and Clinical Psychology and is a registered NIP Psychologist. In addition, she has complemented her education in health psychology, career guidance, personal coaching and psycho-diagnostics. Her particular specialty lies in guiding the individual in relation to work: choice of profession, career guidance, development assessment, (e-) coaching, burnout prevention and stress-management, individual training in personal effectiveness and concrete support in finding a new position or making the transition from employee to self-employed entrepreneur.
