The dual assessment is suited for two participants who, on account of the nature of their position, are to collaborate closely or have a dual job. Their individual qualities are put together in a strength – weakness analysis and the manner of collaboration is explored and described in a focused manner.

Result of the assessment are two custom-made work reports with a clear strength-weakness analysis and description of the collaboration. The way in which the participants are complementary to each other becomes visible. In addition to specific competences, we give an impression of the participants based on underlying psychological mechanisms. The description is based on concrete behaviour and psychological ‘underlayment’.

The intake is the basis of the assessment, and in it, the specific issues will be taken stock of and addressed. Once the wishes are clear, we create a made-to-measure programme. We also assume responsibility for the communication and coordination with the participants if so desired. During the assessment day, the candidates will be guided by experienced consultants who will help them acquire insight. On the day itself, expansive feedback will be given to the participant and, if desired, also directly to the client.
