How do we work?

  • Analysis phase: creating a singular profile with attention to the specific context.
  • Recruiting phase: creating and executing a recruiting plan with the use of different media, i.a. search.
  • Selection phase: selection based on letters and resumes, conducting an e-assessment and initial round of conversations, recommendation of suitable candidates and facilitating follow-up conversations.
  • Finalising phase: selection-/development-assessment, obtaining references if desired, and advising about the appointing decision
  • Evaluation phase: after 6 months, a formal evaluation takes place, with client and appointed candidate
  • Optional: training of the selection- and advice committee
