Manja studied Clinical Psychology in Amsterdam, specializing in diagnostics at the Psychiatric Center of the AMC. After a more commercial start as a Recruitment & Selection advisor and Regional Manager, she now has 24 years of experience as an assessment psychologist at various Psychological Consultancy Agencies for the government and business services. She is particularly attracted to development issues for (starting and experienced) managers and MD issues. She has a personal, refreshing and in-depth approach and she makes the connection between personal and organizational interests.
