Sabien Faber

Sabien Faber is an adviser at AVOP. After studying a masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, Sabien worked in London for several years where she gained experience as a career coach/trainer in higher education and at a local authority. She developed various employability programmes within universities, focusing on competency development. Drawn to supporting professionals, she decided to pursue an Executive Coaching qualification in 2023. In her work with both individual and organisational challenges, Sabien places a strong emphasis on people’s development and supporting others to be reach their full potential. She is passionate about bringing people together in organisations whilst embracing diversity and inclusion. She also has an interest in recruitment and organisational issues, focusing on the development of professionals through assessments, coaching and training.
