Martine Laudy (1967) is senior consultant/organisational psychologist with AVOP. Martine offers authentically involved, critical and connecting research, dialogue, coaching, training and process guidance in issues in the realm of individual, team- and organisational development for professionals, managers and directors. Martine is Psychologist NIP, certified NLP-practitioner/coach and works from a behavioural-scientific basis, with a focus on strength and solution. Martin is familiar with the context and challenges of knowledge-intensive organisations, both at an operational and tactical-strategic level. She works with both profit and (semi) public organisations and is experienced with, and has an affinity for, diversity issues. ‘Identifying what is there’, ‘making the most of it’ and ‘adjusting or developing where needed’ is her motto. Her heart lies with identifying and helping deploy people’s qualities and ‘own’ insights, in ‘bringing the appropriate issue to the table’ in a shared dialogue and in increasing the insight and skill in terms of collaborating, communicating, leadership – in the broadest sense of the word – and general Knowledge of Man.
