Stefan Heinis is partner with AVOP. He has paired his Business Science-studies with Psychology and has additionally finished a post-academic education as Management Consultant at the VU. He started his career as Consultant Recruitment & Selection with Content (Automisation) and has grown into the role of National Manager. Subsequently, he has worked with GITP for 10 years, 6 years as Senior Consultant and the last four years as Managing Director of GITP Amsterdam. As a professional, he is well-rounded as HR-business partner in Senior Management Recruitment (supervisors, 1st and 2nd echelon), assessment, career-guidance, coaching and organisational development. In addition, he is co-author of the career book ‘Jij bent aan Z’ (‘It is up to you now’).
